    Accounts Payable Associate

     

    GNH Services has an opportunity for a Full-Time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. Do you have an Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of administrative and accounting experience?     Responsibilities

     

    Main Responsibilities Include

    • Match receipts to statements and add the detail needed to the spreadsheet and upload into system
    • When processing credit card receipts, maintain awareness and challenge reasonableness of charges based upon information available
    • Reconcile statements against the Travel Logs and expense reports
    • Math and enter monthly invoice with proper verifications
    • Process Expense Reports verifying proper approval within the appropriate spending limits
    • Scan in subcontractor certificate of insurance, agreements and W-9s with proper attachments
    • Maintain safety form log and send out emails for missing ones
    • Responsible for mail distribution and delivery including maintaining a recording log of the checks received to be distributed weekly
    • Maintain office equipment and assist users with issues and problems with office equipment
    • Support ordering, receiving, and maintaining office inventory of supplies, kitchen, restroom and apparel as well as promotional items for business development. Record purchases accounts and track critical info
    • Assist key employees with various administrative duties as needed
    • Provide guidance, direction and information to ensure the customers’, vendors’ and employees’ needs are handled in a timely, professional and courteous manner with 100% customer satisfaction
    • Offer suggestions for improvements to ensure a safe working environment in office and field
    • Lead from your position at all times
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of the company
    • Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time
    • Manage all employee issues in a timely fashion with 100% customer satisfaction.
    • Provide excellent customer service at all times to employees, Management, Leadership and Candidates

    Qualifications

    Our ideal candidate would possess the following competencies:

    • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook and Spectrum and Internet
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Advanced organizational skills
    • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
    • Intermediate verbal and written skills with grammatical precision
    • Intermediate ability to take initiative
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and prioritize work effectively
    • Ability to work on a team and across departments
