    NATIONAL ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

     

    Our National Account Coordinator supports and coordinates the companies’ marketing and sales efforts with primary emphasis on tasks that support the development of new business.

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities include:

     

    • Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects which include public relations, special events, and direct/email/web marketing
    • Maintain regular contact with prospect list to ensure visibility of brands
    • Collect and analyze marketing data to identify potential clients and ensure retention of existing clients
    • Participate in prospecting activities to identify potential client contacts and/or potential revenue opportunities in alignment with companies’ ideal client profile
    • Actively prospect via telephone, email, and social media
    • Lead and complete any qualification processes of potential, new clients independently or in collaboration with other BD team members
    • Provide pre-qualified leads to BD team with sufficient information to take the lead to the next step in the sales cycle
    • Develop and manage reports, proposals and presentations using marketing research and data
    • Create and maintain internal databases, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects
    • Engage in networking activities to generate new business leads
    • Coordinate and/or attend trade shows and other relevant industry events to promote business some travel maybe required
    • Review specification sheets, obtain and prepare bids, and act as liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings
    • Track, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials including all logo encompassed merchandise and printed collateral

    Qualifications

     

    Our ideal candidate would posses the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and or related experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a Sales environment (B2B)
    • Experience in inside or outside sales and or customer service preferred
    • Experience prospecting for new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Exposure to market analysis, strategy development, competitive analysis and surveying
    • Basic experience working with CRM database(s) preferred
    • Intermediate experience in MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, and Internet Explorer
