    Our Field Operations Manager provides guidance, support, training, and development to remote field employees by motivating and encouraging them and ensuring that our customer and company defined goals and objectives are met.



    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Interview, hire, and train new qualified field employees
    • Manage field team to ensure high quality performance to meet customer needs, complete jobs on time, within budget and with 100% customer satisfaction
    • Ensure that the field is meeting the company’s expectations as far as Standards of Excellence, Mission, Core Values, and Purpose
    • Effectively serve as an ambassador, mentor, and guide for all field employees including career progression and promotion plans
    • Evaluate, track, and document field employees' performance regularly using Job Site Evaluations, Performance Logs, periodic check-ins, and other periodic evaluation tools
    • Timely escalation of trending performance growth opportunities to the Director of Human Resources & Co-President, leading Field Employee Performance Reporting process & education
    • Travel to job sites to train, develop, build relationships, and ensure high performance and effectiveness of teams
    • Organize, coordinate, and lead conference calls with the field to support training, development, communications, and field performance objectives
    • Manage and facilitate resolution to field needs and growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with Operations Managers for optimal field scheduling based on field employees' experience, skills, and overall performance
    • Ensure field employees are meeting their job performance and Standards of Excellence expectations
    • Continuous development and maintenance of field instruction manuals



    Knowledge, Sills, & Abilities:

    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
    • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience managing remote employees
    • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office products
    • Advanced leadership skills
    • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
    • Intermediate experience with construction and maintenance field concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Advanced communication skills
    • Advanced time management and organizational skills
    • Must be able to travel up to 50% 
    • Must be able to work intermittently on nights and weekends
